2日目の25日は臓器別のディスカッションが展開され、日本からは井本滋先生、河野浩二先生、上野誠先生、赤松弘朗先生など、中国からは、Prof. Xiaotian Zhang、Prof. Nan Wu、Prof. Feng Shenなど、韓国からはProf. Sung Hee Lim、Prof. Yun Gyoo Lee、Prof. Hyung Don Kimなどからご講演いただきました。
CSCOからアジアの研究者約150名分のトラベル・グラントが提供され、約500名の参加者がCSCOによる素晴らしいホスピタリティーを堪能した二日間でした。
また、第26回FACOビジネス会合が会期中に行われ、日中韓のFACO役員により2026年（ソウル）と2027年（福岡）のFACO学術集会の日程と、今後のFACOの臨床研究の方向性についてディスカッションがされました。
Report on the 13th International Conference of FACO in Shanghai
On 24-25 October 2025, the 13th International Conference of Federation of Asian Clinical Oncology (FACO) was held independently by FACO in Shanghai. The conference chair was Prof. Jin Li, a founding member of FACO from CSCO and current FACO Co-Chair. The venue was the KERRY HOTEL Pudong, Shanghai, part of the Shangri-La group, which offered a beautiful interior and excellent cuisine—making for a truly wonderful experience.
The Opening Ceremony on the first day (24 October) was hosted by Prof. Jun Liang and Prof. Gong Chen. Opening remarks were delivered by Prof. Jin Li, Prof. Joon Oh Park, and Dr. Koji Kono.
This was followed by the Plenary Session:

On the second day (October 25), organ-specific discussions were held. From Japan, speakers included Dr. Shigeru Imoto, Dr. Koji Kono, Dr. Makoto Ueno, and Dr. Hiroaki Akamatsu. From China, speakers included Prof. Xiaotian Zhang, Prof. Nan Wu, and Prof. Feng Shen. From Korea, speakers included Prof. Sung Hee Lim, Prof. Yun Gyoo Lee, and Prof. Hyung Don Kim.
Thanks to CSCO, travel grants were provided to approximately 150 researchers from across Asia, and around 500 participants enjoyed two days of outstanding hospitality.
During the conference, the 26th FACO Business Meeting was also held. FACO executive members from Japan, China, and Korea gathered to discuss the schedule for upcoming FACO academic conferences in 2026 (Seoul) and 2027 (Fukuoka), as well as the future direction of FACO’s clinical research initiatives.
